This is the fifth book in the series - and for me the best one so far. This community of people who recognise their preference for Domestic Discipline and spanking have given us many good stories already, but this one was much more about two people finding their way towards each other and the barriers along the way. Some of these were physical but most were in the heads. The mind games were much more subtle and fun here.
It was the perfect combination of funny, sexy, and serious. The plot was good, the characters were extremely appealing, and the buildup was sisslingly hot! Can't wait for some more to come out.

The fifth book in a series of books about Corbin’s Bend, a community for people who enjoy spanking and/or Domestic Discipline. So far this is my favorite book in the series. I just loved the chemistry between Harris and Abby. Abby moved to Corbin’s Bend to live with her Aunt Q and to help at her antique shop after going through a bad divorce a year ago. Aunt Q is a little bit of a matchmaker and sets in motion for Harris to come to dinner to meet Abby. A chance meeting before that dinner and the sparks were already flying between the two. Abby thinks Harris is everything she could want in a man and polar opposite of her ex-husband. When finding out that Harris is a little bit more like her ex than she thought she freaks out but soon realizes that some things aren’t what they seem. This is a sweet love story and I hated to see it end.
Characters: I could relate to all the characters and enjoyed each of their personalities.
